Vincent Miranda practices in the areas of estate planning, tax, corporate law, probate and trusts. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Central Florida in 2020, his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2024, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2025. Vincent was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2024.
During law school and graduate studies, Vincent focused his coursework and practical experience on federal and state tax law, the income taxation of trusts and estates, and advanced estate planning strategies. He has also written and published on legal and tax topics, contributing to the professional dialogue in his field.
Outside of the office, Vincent enjoys wildlife photography and spending time outdoors.
